This garden attached to a splendid period home Ripon, had been neglected for some time. The owners wished to restore it to its former glory as a formal walled vegetable garden. The design and layout of the beds echoes a typical kitchen garden from the Victorian era.
The landscape garden project involved creating vegetable beds using railway sleepers, with trellis screening around the perimeter. Gravel paths were laid to surround the vegetable beds meeting at a central bed with a pebbled inlaid feature.
